Finely chop the green onion. Boil the eggs and chop them finely too. Mix. Salt and season to taste. You can add a little mayonnaise to "glue" the filling.
Нарезать зелёный лук мелко. Яйца сварить и тоже мелко нарезать. Перемешать. Посолить и приправить по вкусу. Можно добавить немного майонеза чтобы "склеить" начинку.

Divide a sheet of puff pastry into 6 equal portions. Put the filling on half of each part and close with the second half. Pinch the edges.
Лист готового слоеного теста, разделить на 6 одинаковых частей. На половину каждой части выложить начинку и закрыть второй половиной. Края защипнуть.

Place pies on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Выложить пирожки на пергаментную бумагу, на противень. Запечь в разогретой до 180 градусов духовке, примерно 20 минут.
