1onion
3green chilli
2 clovegarlic
1tblsp Fresh coriander
Salt to taste
1tblsp chilli, coriander and turmeric powder
1 tspoil
1 tspmustard cumin and hing

Peel wash n cut Potato onion chilli n garlic.

In a pen add oil, mustard cumin and hing,when crackle add potato
Onion, chili garlic n all spices.
Mix well n cover till it gets Cook..

Lastly add chop coriander mix n serve..
Enjoy with paratha..👌😋
