Ingredients

  • 250 grm.chavli
  • 2onions
  • 1 tb. sp.oil
  • 1/2 t.sp. haldi
  • 3-4 garlic petals
  • 1chopped potato
  • 1/2 t.sp.rai
  • pinch of hing
  • 1 t.sp.Mirchi powder
  • salt as require
  • 1 t.sp. sugar

  1. 1

    Chavli soak in water for 2-3 hours. Drain water. To get, sprouts tie in muslin cloth for 10-12 hours

    Chop onions, garlic

  3. 3

    In pan add oil, rai, hing. Add garlic, onions. Add chavli, haldi, mirchi powder, salt &some water.

    Cook till done. Add sugar
