Ingredients

20 minutes
5-7 vada
  • 250 gramsabudana
  • 3boiled potatoes
  • 1small bowl of crushed groundnut
  • 1 tablespoonred chilli powder or crushed green chilli
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tablespoonchopped coriander it's optional
  • 1 table spoonsugar optional
  • 1 tablespooncumin seeds
  • 2-3 tablespoongrinded sabudana powder
  • Oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take sabudana and wash for 2 to 3 times and keep it for 6 to 8 hours.then in a flat bowl or big plate take cumin seeds,salt coriander leaves, green chilli and red chilli powder. Then take a boiled potatoes and smash it properly then take a socked sabudana then sabudana and potato mix it well with hand. Then add other ingredients in it

    All ingredients mix it properly. Some people are not eating coriander, cumin seeds they skip these items. make a dove. Take a little bit oil on hand and make cutlets or vadas.

    Then shallow fry vadas in oil ab to golden brown colour.

    Serve these wadas With coconut chutney.
