#FR Indian peoples are very religious . In our culture festivals are very important in some festivals fasting is major aspect. Today we are making sabudana vada or cutlet for fasting so let's go to my kitchen.

First of all take sabudana and wash for 2 to 3 times and keep it for 6 to 8 hours.then in a flat bowl or big plate take cumin seeds,salt coriander leaves, green chilli and red chilli powder. Then take a boiled potatoes and smash it properly then take a socked sabudana then sabudana and potato mix it well with hand. Then add other ingredients in it

All ingredients mix it properly. Some people are not eating coriander, cumin seeds they skip these items. make a dove. Take a little bit oil on hand and make cutlets or vadas.

Then shallow fry vadas in oil ab to golden brown colour.

Serve these wadas With coconut chutney.
