Generally , we make puri - bhaji on Sundays but today its raining very heavily & I feel a bit lazy 😀😀 to make a full meal. Puri - bhaji serves as a full meal + gives a stomach filling effect . So let's begin......

Boil potatoes in pressure cooker upto 3 whistles. Open the pressure cooker when cooled & peel the potatoes. Cut them to big pieces.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, when the splutter add curry leaves. Add asafoetida, ginger - chilli paste. Saute for 1/2 a minute. Now add potatoes & mix very well. Be careful that potatoes don't break.

Add turmeric pwd, coriander-cumin pwd & salt. Switch off the gas.Lastly add lemon juice. Garnish with chopped coriander.Serve with Ajwain Poori.
