Keto swiss roll with pandan ice cream filling

Cooking Instructions

Combine Part A in a mixing bowl and mix well...set aside

Part b
Combine egg whites, cream tartar and salt, speed 2 and gradually speed 3 (standmixer) for 5 minutes in a standmixer or thermomix (speed 3.5)
After 2 minute of mixing..while the machine is still operating, add in sugar tablespoom by tablsepoon until the 65g of sugar has been used up
Once it achieve meringue like..stop the mchindle

Take 1/3 of the fluff egg whites mixtrurs (part b) and mix with the part a mixtures
Then continue until all the egg whites mixture has been used up

Bake for 20 minutes in 160 degrees temperature

Omce cake is done, take it out from the oven tray and gently roll it and leave it rolled until its cooled.cover the cake with a tea towel

Filling
Combine the heavy cream, coconut milk, pandan paste and salt in a mixer or thermomixSpeed 2 for both machine for3 minute..add in sugat tablespoon by tablespoon.
Chill in the freezer section for 20 minute

Once cake completely cooled..unroll it and start filling it with the ice cream we made esarlier on

Roll it gently and keep in fridgr overnight
