Steps

Heat Oil, add cumin & urad dal, saute until urad dal turn a little brown.

Add onion, garlic, chilli, ginger and saute until the raw smells goes away.

Add coriander, min & curry leaves, coconut, and saute until amount shrinks.

Allow it to cool down, blend to paste, add to salt to your taste.

Lastly, heat a little oil, let mustard splutter, add chilli, few curry leaves and toss into the paste.
