Take both wheat flour and all-purpose flour, and add all spices mentioned above and mix well

Now add oil and mix well, add enough oil to make sure it holds shape

Now knead a bit tight dough with water, atleat knead it for 8 min

Alow it to rest for 15 mins,

Heat oil on medium flame, test the flame by adding a small piece of dough, if it immedeatily floats and bubbels oil is ready

Mean while oil is heating, roll dough slightly thick, and cut it in shape of your preference, fry it till golden brwn

** if you dont like bitter taste at all reduce methi quantity to 4 or 3 tbsp
If you want to use fresh fenugreek leaves, than finely chop it, and roast it in required amt of oil and add it to flour,
While rolling, make sure to cover the rest
If you feel the dough is to dry or tight feel free to add few drops of water
And feel free to change amunt of methi, or spices to taste
Stire in air tight container, it stays for about 3 week to a month
