Potato Cheese Hearts

Take boiled & cooled potatoes grate the potatoes with the help of grater.

Add salt, red chilli flakes, pizza seasoning, black pepper powder, grated cheese, chopped coriander

Add maida, baking powder & mix everything well.

Divide the dough in two parts. Sprinkle some maida on the rolling board. Grease rolling pin with little oil. Take one portion of the mix & roll it to medium thickness.

Cut the roll mix with the help of plunger or cookie cutter in heart shape

Heat oil in a pan, add prepared hearts & fry well until golden & crispy.

When potato Cheese Hearts turns golden & crispy, transfer them to a plate.

Potato Cheese Hearts are ready to serve. Serve hot with hot tea, coffee.
