Steps

Mix besan and water.
Add lemon juice,salt, Turmeric powder,green chillies and coriander.
Mix well and Keep aside. - 2
In a pen add oil, mustard seed and hing,when sputter,add besan liquid and stir continuously till 2-3 boils.

When Kadhi gets a thick consistency,remove from the flame, and transfer it to the bowl.
Sprinkle coriander and serve with any farsan..
