Soak temerind and dates in a hot water for 30 minutes or half an hour.

Deseeded temerind and dates put in mixer jar and grind it well.

Take a pan add cooking oil till heated sizzle cumin seeds and add temerind pulp with a cup of water 💧.

Stir it well. After boiling add sugar,salt and red pepper powder to it and cooked it on low flame 🔥 for 5 minutes

Remove from the flame and add handful of dry fruits.
