Here I have made Gobindbhog Rice Kheer which is aromatic and Nutritious too by using sugar free .

Steps

Wash 2-3 times Gobindbhog rice in water. Than soak the rice for 30 minutes in fresh water. Soak kesar in warm water. Keep it covered.

In a pan take full fat milk & boil it for 20 minutes or till it becomes a little thick. Than add drained rice & cook the rice in milk till it becomes soft and mushy.

Add saffron water & sugar free. Cook till the mixture thickens. Switch off the gas. Add cardamom powder & mix.

Remove the Gobindbhog rice kheer in a bowl & garnish with almond flakes. Serve warm.
