Raw banana is very nutritious.It has iron, minerals and fiber.During fasting these crispy banana bites are easy to make and tasty.I have used raw banana,kuttu flour ,peanuts and black pepper.These banana bites are crispy from outside and soft from inside.

Raw banana is very nutritious.It has iron, minerals and fiber.During fasting these crispy banana bites are easy to make and tasty.I have used raw banana,kuttu flour ,peanuts and black pepper.These banana bites are crispy from outside and soft from inside.
Steps

Mix banana,flour,peanuts,green chilli,salt and black pepper.

Take a rectangular tray or baking tin,and grease it with oil.Spread banana mixture on it evenly about 1/2 inch thick.Keep it in the fridge for half an hour.

Heat oil in a pan.Take out your tray from the fridge,cut it into square pieces.Fry these pieces in hot oil and then on low to medium heat until golden brown.

Your delicious banana bites are ready to serve.Serve it hot with cucumber raita.
