Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 (5 ounce)can tuna (preferably any variety stored in oil), well drained
  2. 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  3. 1 teaspoontoasted sesame oil
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsoy sauce
  5. 1 cupleftover cooked white rice (preferably short- or medium-grain)
  6. Toasted white or black sesame seeds, or chopped scallions, for topping (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    In a small bowl, stir the tuna, mayonnaise, sesame oil and soy sauce to combine.

    Add the white rice to a bowl and spoon the tuna mixture on top. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds or scallions, if using.
