Ingredients

  • 500 gmbanda
  • 2 TbspCooking oil
  • tspRed pepper 🌶 powder
  • tspTurmeric powder
  • Salt 🧂
  • 2 Glasseswater 💧
  • Important and necessary ingredients
  • TbspHing or asafoetida
  • Tempting ingredients
  • 2 Tbspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and Cut into slices of banda and wash it thoroughly.

    Take a pressure cooker add oil to it till heated put sliced cut banda in it.mix it well.
    Add red pepper 🌶 powder, turmeric powder, salt, hing, garam masala and a 2 glasses of water on it.
    Mix it well.

    Take 2 whistle and allow it to cool down.
