Chocolate and Banana Bundt Cake

A bundt cake without butter or oil... instead, I used two ingredients that come together to make the cake even more delicious... I used milk chocolate for a lighter taste... but the aroma of bananas while it bakes is spectacular... try it out.

A bundt cake without butter or oil... instead, I used two ingredients that come together to make the cake even more delicious... I used milk chocolate for a lighter taste... but the aroma of bananas while it bakes is spectacular... try it out.
Cooking Instructions

Break the chocolate into pieces in a bowl and melt it slowly using a double boiler.

In a bowl, crack the eggs, add the sugar, and mix with an electric mixer until they become fluffy and voluminous.

Start adding half of the flour mixed with the baking powder, still using the electric mixer, and one container of yogurt. When well mixed, add the other half of the flour and then the second container of yogurt... now blend everything well until it becomes a creamy mixture.

Mash the bananas with a fork and add them to the batter, mixing everything well, preferably with a spoon.

Finally, pour all the melted and cooled chocolate into the batter and mix everything well again.

Take the bundt cake pan (a round one works fine too), line it well with dampened and wrung-out parchment paper. Gently pour all the batter into the pan, bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C). When the cake is ready, let it cool and, if you like, dust with powdered sugar.
