Preheat your oven to 230°C. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Place the Bell Peppers on the baking sheet. Drizzle the bell peppers with Olive Oil, using your brush to coat them well.

Sprinkle the bell peppers with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Oregano, and Red Pepper Flakes.
Turn over and brush with Oil - 4
Roast for 20 minutes until tender and charred in spots.
