Note (tips):-make sure do not overcook the custard & avoid getting it burnt it sticks immediately.it’s a quick process but cook it consciously to make it rich & refreshing dessert serve it cool & only refrigerate it do not freeze..!

Firstly wash & grate lemon carefully take only the zest green part 1/2 teaspoon set aside

Further in a heavy bottom saucepan add milk

Next add custard powder the grated lemon zest,honey or sugar whisk until it’s lump free now it’s ready to cook

Set it on medium flame burner make sure to keep an eye continuously & cook.continue stirring until it turns glossy & creamy immediately stop cooking off the flame burner remove it in a container and keep stirring continuously to avoid thick layer on top let it cool down to room temperature and it’s all set tap the container on counter top to remove air garnish with nuts drizzle honey & let it refrigerate until set.

Finally it’s ready to serve.cool creamy rich & refreshing lemon custard pudding is tempting & inviting to relish..!
