Steps

Clean and wash Bombil fish well, and cut it from middle gently, let it divide into to part from middle.

Marinate it with all ingredients for 20 minutes.

In a flat plate take semolina, rice flour, red chilli powder and salt.

Mix everything well.

Coat marinated fish into this mixture from all the sides.

Fry this fish on iron tawa in sufficient oil. Let it cook from all the sides, fry till become crunchy from outside.

Serve it hot with bhakri or rice.
