3-4cooked chicken breasts shredded or cut (crockpot or grill). I add excess juice from cooking chicken in crockpot to soup
1 Tablespoonbutter
1 teaspoonminced garlic
2 boxeschicken broth (32 ounce)
1 cupsalsa
1small can corn (drained)
Optional: Can of black beans (drained)
Optional: Pico de gallo
Optional: 1 Tablespoon Cumin
stripsServing: Top with avocado, sour cream, grated cheese, and tortilla

Melt butter with minced garlic in pot (low to medium heat)

Once butter is melted with garlic, add chicken broth (low to medium heat)

Add chicken and rest of ingredients and simmer (low heat) for at least an hour
