Tuna Fish Cakes

Prepare the mashed potatoes, according to the instructions on the packet.

Mix all the ingredients, except the oil.

Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry spoonfuls of the tuna mixture in the hot oil for approximately 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Fry the fish cakes in batches and drain them on absorbent paper.

Serve with tartare sauce.
