  1. 6Bombil fish
  2. Garlic 3 cloves crushed
  3. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  5. Salt as par taste
  6. Gramflour (besan) 2 tsp
  7. 1 tspRice flour
  8. Oil fr frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash & dry the bombil fish than cut frm the middle like this pic..

    Mix gram flour & rice flour together.

  3. 3

    Marinate bombil with garlic, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt mix well.

    Coat with flour from both the side & fry the bombil till crisp.
