1/2 tbsCorn flour
2 tbsTamarind sauce
1 tbspCurd
1 tbsNamkin
1/2 tbsChaat masala
1/2 tbsRed chilli powder
Black salt to taste
1/2 tbsKala chana
1 tbsOil

Boil potato and mashed mix salt and corn flour ।

Make a round shape, take a pan oil hot flame।

Fry tikki both sides and take out। Take a plate tikki put on it curd, imli sauce, red chilli powder, chaat masala powder, namkin, salt,chana ।

Serve hot tikki chaat is ready।
