This delicious, crisp vada is the perfect combination with a cup of tea.

Wash and soak chavli for 4hours, then grind it coarsely without any water, transfer to a bowl.

Make paste of green chilli, pudina, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and garlic add to chavli paste,add onions, chopped palak leaves. Then add salt coriander powder,jeera powder, chilli powder,ajwain,jeera, turmeric powder.

Now add besan,rice flour and mix everything well.

Take a small portion of the mixture and flatten it on palm and drop in hot oil with medium flame, fry to golden crisp.

Serve/enjoy with tomato ketchup.
