Mix both flour ghee salt Carrom seeds in a paraat.Mix it well. Knead a tight dough with chilled water. Cover it and keep it a side for 1/2hr.

Mean while.Peel and Mash boiled potatoes.Add ginger chilli paste Dry mango powder chaat masala and coriander.
Now make tadka with oil asofoetida red chilli powder and add in a potatoes mixture. Mix it well. - 3
Roll a roti without dry atta. And sprinkle dry atta on roti both side and lightly roast on tawa.
Take out and trim edges.Cut from middle. And prik with fork.
Make a thick slury of wheat flour. Seal the edges of roti with slury and give a cone shape.
Fry on a slow flame.
Cone is ready. - 4
To Serve:- Spread a potatoes mixture in a cone.Keep cavity in a middle.Fill with tamarind jeggary chutney Mint coriander chutney.Seal with potatoes mixture.Coat with Mint Coriander chutney and in nylon Sev.

Spread Sweet Curd and garnish with pomogrante Seeds and mint leaves. Tasty 😋 delicious Cone Aloo Chaat is ready to Serve.

For Mint Coriander Chutney:-
1Cup mint leaves
1/4Cup Coriander leaves
1tbsp.Curd
1/2tsp.Roasted Cumin powder
Salt
Chaat masala
1tbsp Ginger chilli paste
2Cloves of garlic paste.
Churn and make chutney
