On a countertop, pour all the flour and make a well in the center. Add 1 egg and a little warm water to the center, then knead until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.

Once the dough is ready, roll it out as thin as possible with a rolling pin or whatever you have on hand. When it's stretched out, use a knife or something pointed to cut it into squares or your preferred shape.

Chop the carrot, onion, and garlic. Add the bouillon powder and oregano. Pour oil into a pot, add the chopped ingredients, and mix. Add the ground beef. Pour in water and let it cook slowly.

Add the potatoes, cut into pieces, and a little more water. Continue cooking until the potatoes are almost done, then add the strips of dough. Let the pantrucas cook for about 10 minutes, and finally add the remaining egg.
