Wash udad dal.&,methi dana poha separately and soak together in a bow for 5hrs.wash red rice nicely & soak separately for 5 hrs. After 5 hrs drain water from daal poha methi & grind to fine paste

Same with red rice. Now mix both the batter. Keep in a vessel add salt &and cover with lid.

Keep 8_10hrs fermentation. Next day grease idli mound with oil and in one idli plate and steam idli for 10 minutes.

Serve. Idli with sambhar & coconut chutney.
