6 balls

1 cupcooked rice
3 table spoonvery thick sambhar
1/2 tspturmeric
1 tspred chilli powder
3 tspchopped Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
3 table spoonmaida
3 tsprava
Oil for frying

Mix rice, thick sambhar, all masala, Coriander leaves and mix well. Make ball.

Take maida put little water, make slury dip the ball and again coat with fine rava. Fry the balls. Serve hot.

Serve with green chutney, tomato ketchup. Or aachar. This is paryushan jain recipe..
