Steps
- 1
The first one is classic. With lemon juice.
- 2
Prepare oysters. Open the shells with a short, sharp knife. Be careful not to splinter. Try not to pour out all the oyster juice.
- 3
Cut off the muscle that holds the body of the oyster. Squeeze a little lemon juice into each shell. Serve oysters with lemon.
- 4
The second option is for an amateur. With fragrant truffle oil. It's an incredible feeling! Try it for sure.
- 5
Cut off a small piece from red sweet pepper. Cut very finely with a knife. Transfer to a suitable container.
- 6
Add balsamic vinegar, soy and oyster sauces to peppers. A little truffle oil, just for flavor. Mix well.
- 7
Pour a little of the resulting dressing into each shell. Serve with lettuce.
