Ingredients

  1. 4nests of tagliatelle
  2. 7 ouncesporcini mushrooms
  3. 2sausages
  4. 1 clovegarlic
  5. 1 bunchparsley
  6. 1 cupheavy cream
  7. 1/8 cupwhite wine

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the casing from the sausages, break them into small pieces, and sauté with the garlic. Once cooked, deglaze with the white wine.
