Mukwas is an after meal mouth freshener. This Mukhwas is made with 5 types of seeds which should be included in our day to day busy schedule. Now let us see one by one benefits of each seed used here.
1) Sunflower seeds : helps fight heart disease, controls sugar levels, reduces risk of cancer , boosts immune system , boosts brain function to name a few .
2) Pumpkin seeds : improve sleep quality , boosts immune system,improves mood swings , helps fight bacteria & viruses.
3)White Sesame seeds : is a source of calcium & manganese & helps bones to grow healthy and strong.
4 ) Black Sesame Seeds : improves heart , healthy bones , lowers blood pressure, improves overall health & wellbeing.
5) Flax seeds : rich in Omega 3 fatty acids , fiber & protein.

Take a bowl, add salt, turmeric powder & lemon juice. Mix & keep aside.

Take each of the seeds in a separate bowl.

Now equally divide the turmeric- lemony-salt mixture in each bowl.Mix & cover & let it rest for at least an hour.

Now take a pan. Roast individually each ingredient on a very slow flame till crispy.

Sieve each ingredient separately so extra salt & turmeric powder is removed.

When all the seeds have been roasted properly & sieved to remove extra salt & turmeric powder, mix them altogether & cool completely.

Once cooled fill the 5 Multiseeds Mukhwas in airtight glass jar. Eat 1 -1 tb spoon after lunch & dinner. This Mukhwas will not give you bloating of gas in the stomach or acidity & help in digestion of food.
