Cut the plums. Discard the pips.

Add plums and a lime in a deep pan. Bing to the boil then reduce the heat.
Simmer for 40 to 60 mts. (maybe you can boil the fruit with pips and take them out later. More natural pectin?)
Off the heat and leave the pan for some mits. When you see the wrinkles on the surface of the fruit, it’s done. You can simmer it until your desired softness.
Take out the lime and then jarring. - 3
I prefer keeping the jars in the fridge, because the quantity of the sugar.
