Ingredients

500 gmkoi fish
1 spoonturmeric powder
To taste salt
1 tspgarlic onion cumin seeds paste
1 tspred chilli powder
Oil as required

Clean&wash the koi fidh.To Marrinate the fish with all ingredients except oil.Rest it 5 mints.Heat a pan add oil put the marrinated fish & nicely fry on medium flame.

Koi fish fry are ready.Serve with watery rice.
