Sunflower Seeds Chutney

Dry Roast the sunflower seeds.

Heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida and sunflower seeds.

Now add chopped tomato and green chilli. Saute until tomatoes are cooked properly.

After the mixture cools down, add garlic cloves, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds and salt to it and blend it in a mixer. Add water as required.

You can eat this chutney with anything like idli, dosa, medu vada etc.
