Peel Ash gourd and cut into small pieces. Onion cutting pieces.

Wash the daal and cooker in put daal add salt, haldi powder cooking 6 whistle medium flame.

A pan in put oil hot frying onion frying add curry patta, ajwain patta,Ash gourd frying medium flame 5 min.

Put ginger, garlic, chilli paste, coriander powder, Red chilli powder fry 2 min and boiled daal mixed with masala, salt added cooking 5 min garam masala powder mix.

Served with coriander leaves.
