An everyday affair in most of the Indian homes. These stuffed Green Chillies are a treat to our tastebuds and enjoyed by a majority of Indians in their meals. Though the stuffing might be different and everyone has their own unique one's, the flavour and the taste would definitely be still enchanting.
In this particular version, I have used Dry dessicated Coconut along with a few simple spices that are readily available in every pantry. It's a comfort food. It can be relished on any given day for a yummy homemade food. Rotis or Chapatis also go well with it.
It's a yummy variation and a hearty meal for everyone. Jowar or Bajra Rotis are perfect with this one.

Steps
- 1
Wash and clean all the broad green chillies at first. Pat dry and make a slit in all. Remove the seeds if any and set aside.
- 2
Add the stuffing ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Now stuff each chilli with this. In the meantime heat up a pan with some mustard oil.
- 3
Add ginger garlic green chilli paste and fry for a minute on a low heat. Now add the stuffed chillies too. Cover and cook for about 5-6 minutes on one side. Then flip over and cook again for 3-4 minutes or as required.
- 4
It gets done quickly without much hassles. Relish these beautiful looking stuffed broad chillies alongside a steaming plate of simple boiled Rice and Ghee or Clarified Butter and a bowl of simple Daal Fry for a wholesome meal on any day. Yum! Enjoy!
