Mix the wet ingredients first, and then add the dry ingredients and mix well, leaving the bake power for the last.

Now, pour the dough in the muffin pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15~25 minutes.
Or
Pour the dough in a mug and put in the microwave for 3 min.
