Cut paneer into cubes

Take bowl put curd malai and mix well add black pepper powder salt and kasuri methi mix well put paneer into it and mix well

Keep in fridge for 15 minutes

Take kadai add oil saute onion, green chilli and cashews

Let it cool and grind into paste by adding milk

Take out paneer from fridge

Take pan put oil or butter and saute paneer from both side

Take kadai put butter add puree and roast it till ghee or oil starts leaving add marination into it add black pepper and salt as per taste

Add sauted paneer and mix well

Kali mirch cashew paneer ready to serve by garnishing with coriander leaves
