Protein rich roasted sunflower seeds laddu

Roast all the seeds on the medium flame

Remove the pan from gas,pour the seeds in a plate....cool it for some time.cut the jaggery into small pieces

Now in the mixer make powder of all seeds not fine but blend coursely, then add jaggery in the mixer and once more blend it

Now add some ghee as you need and make laddu with this mixture, add some ilachi powder or suint powder with black rasins make laddues
- 5
Make all laddues..it's very healthy...have it in breakfast
