Ingredients

20 minutes
3,4 person
  • 4,5bokchoy -chopped leaves
  • Some chopped cauliflower
  • leavesSome cabbage
  • Some chopped box shaped carrots
  • Some baby corn
  • Black pepper powder
  • Cumin powder
  • lemon juice,
  • chat masala (optional)
  • salt
  • sugar powder or honey,
  • roasted black pepper and
  • cumin powder
  • Olive oil according to need

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    It is better not to cut them to cut the leaves.them preserve their appearance.Cook them leaves simultaneously.
    Roast all the vegetable one by one in olive oil
    Keep aside.

    The recipe also includes cauliflower,carrots,to make the dish more colorful.
    I also like to add some cabbage to its crunchy ness,sweet taste and texture.

    Then again turn it into pan and mix it nicely then sprinkle lemon juice,chat masala (optional) salt sugar powder or honey,roasted black pepper and cumin powder)

  4. 4

    Lastly I add some baby corn for its sweet taste and colour.
    Roast one minute then serve hot.
