Oven Baked Fish Tacos

Who doesn't love a fish taco?? This ones easy to make and super delicious. Perfect for sharing at a dinner party.
I use Cod for thus recipe but you can use any white fish of your choice.

Who doesn't love a fish taco?? This ones easy to make and super delicious. Perfect for sharing at a dinner party.
I use Cod for thus recipe but you can use any white fish of your choice.
Steps

Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Chop the cucumber and tomato finely and place in a bowl.

Mush the 2 avocados in a bowl using a fork. Add in half a lemon or lime and stir.

Prepare the individual fillets of white fish on top of foil on a baking tray. Each fillet of fish should be in its own foil. Add a teaspoon of paprika and half a teaspoon of cumin and a pinch of salt. Cut the other half of the lemon/lime in an oval shape and place on top of the fish. Add a slice of butter over the fish and limes then wrap back up in foil. Bake on 400 F for 30 minutes until cooked all the way through.

For the sauce, mix the yoghurt and hot sauce together in a bowl. You can use any hot sauce you like.

Prepare all bowls on the table including the coriander for garnish. Serve with soft or hard taco shells. And lastly...don't forget to enjoy!!
