    Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms

    Combine tuna, cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley in a bowl, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.

    Stuff the mixture into the shiitake mushrooms.

    Put on clothes. Coat with flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.

    Fry until golden brown
