Cook pasta as per packaging instructions.

While pasta is cooking, add cilantro, mint, chilli and water into a small blender jar. Process till smooth, then transfer to a bowl.

Add yogurt, salt, sugar, cumin, garam masala and lemon juice to the bowl of mixture. Whisk together till well combined, then set aside.

Once pasta is cooked, drain then set aside. In a pan over low heat, transfer cooked pasta and pour in the mixture and let warm, stirring to combine with pasta.

Serve immediately once warmed, with chopped cilantro and/or mint.
