Today we're going to make a very delicious dish! It's very quick and easy to make with truly wonderful results!
Cooking Instructions

Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic.

In a pan, add enough oil to cover the base. Cut the sausages into pieces, and when the oil is hot, fry the sausages. Once browned, remove them from the pan and set aside.

In the same oil used to fry the sausages, add the chopped onion and garlic, season with salt, and let them soften. Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into chunks. Add them to the pan, mix everything well, and let the potatoes cook for about 3 minutes.

Add the sweet paprika, mix, incorporate the sausages, and mix everything well.

Add the white wine and let it cook until the alcohol evaporates.

Add the bay leaves, bouillon cube, pepper, and water (for now, do not add salt until the bouillon cube dissolves).

Taste for salt, add if needed, cover with a lid, and let it cook for about 18 minutes or until the potatoes are tender when pierced. After this time, dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and add it to the stew, letting it cook for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens.

Our stew is finished.

The sauce is thick, the potatoes are very tender, and the sausages are soft.
