Easy! Potato and Bacon Stew

This is an easy stewed dish that my busy mother used to make. It's now a staple in my household. My mother's version only had bacon and potatoes in it but I've added vegetables to make it tastier.

Beware of burning, since all you have to do is leave it on the stove.
Using 'Wagaya no Banou Tsuyu' or any Japanese noodle dipping sauce should be fine. Adding 1 tablespoon of this to the pot will make it more delicious. Recipe by Fujihime mama
