Again another Sweet prasad for Bappa 🙏
Steps

Dry roast broken wheat on slow flame until it changes the colour and starts aromatic.
Transfer in the dish.
Boil the milk in a nonstick pan and Keep other ingredients ready. - 2
When Milk starts boiling,add roasted broken wheat,let it cook on slow flame.
Stir equally.
Now add curd and 1tblsp of ghee. stir it till Ghee dissolves in the mixture. - 3
When the mixture starts getting thicker,add Sugar, cardamom powder and ghee again and mix continuously to get thicker again.
Put 2-3 tblsp milk in the cocoa powder to get liquid and lumpless.
Add it in the wheat mixture together with ghee and half of cashew almond flakes and mix it. - 4
Now when you get the mixture in a dough form,add another tblsp of Ghee and mix finally, transfer it into the greased container and sprinkle remaining nut flakes on it.
Let it cool for 1-2 hours.
Remove from the mold.
Make Equal pieces.
Offer to Lord Ganesh.
Then have the prasad.
