Blend or smash the boiled pumpkin. Mix the paste with flour,sugar, and salt.

Add water gradually into the dough and Knead the dough till soft, then add cooking oil and knead it to spread the oil.

Cover the dough for 30 minutes.

Roll your dough into small balls

Let them settle for 5 minutes, then roll your dough round and place them in a hot pan for cooking.

Fry with oil on both sides till golden brown
