Scrap the coconut with coconut scraper

In a pan pourr some Ghee,scrapped coconut and jaggery put on the medium flame till the jaggery melt, add some chopped dry fruits,Khava,charole,,cardamom powder mix well

Mix it well jaggery will melt in 7 to 8 minutes your modak stuffing is ready

Now we will make ukad of rice flour, in a pot add two cup of water put it on the medium flame now add A Pinch of salt,when the water is boiling add two cup of rice flour and mix it well and cover it with lead on that pot.low the gas flame put it for 2minutes,now turn off the gas leave it for 5 minutes to cool.

Now this mixture you take into another pot press it with hands mix well and make a dove of that rice flower

Now take a small piece from that dove,make it small circle now feel the stuffing one spoon,make a shape of Modak,make all the modaks

Grease the plate with oil,place the modak on this plate

Now in a pot Take some water make it to boil,put that modak plate on the pot when the water is boiling now cover it with lead,

Keep it on the medium flame for 10 minutes.after 10 minutes Turn off the gas flame and remove the plate,now add some Kesar milk on the top of the Modak,modak ready to sir Lord Ganesha

In a warm milk put the Kesar sticks for 10 minutes brush the each Modak with Kesar milk

When you want to eat add some ghee on the modak and have it it is very amazing in test
