Take a mixer grinder. Add roasted chana and some almonds and grind into fine powder.

Transfer it in to a big bowl or plate then add milk powder

Then take a pan or vok. Add sugar and water mix it well and cook till get thicker to prepare sugar syrup

Add saffron petals in it and cook properly.

Then mix chana powder in sugar syrup and mix properly by continuously stirring

Cook till batter remove the edges of pan

Then add chopped dry fruits and classified butter and turn off the gas

Transfer the material In a big plate and let it cool down

Then add material in Modak mould and press them gently to shape Modaks.Than serve it as bhog parshad to God
