  1. 1 cup-Cow milk
  2. 1tb.sp.- Rolled oats
  3. 1tb.sp.- Isabgol
  4. 1tb.sp.-Honey
  5. Almonds for garnishing

  1. 1

    Boil milk with oats. Keep on stirring. Cook it for 3-4 min.

    Add isabgol and cook for 2 min. Switch off the gas stove. Let it cool. Mix honey and adjust consistency of the porridge by mixing milk.

    Your healthy isabgol porridge is ready to eat. Garnish it with almond flakes and serve.
